Here at Brighton Boxing we’ve just started our ‘Get in Shape for Summer’ boxing classes.

Classes are 30 mins and include:

  • Pad-work
  • Slip-Rope
  • Heavy Bag
  • Floor-to-Ceiling Ball
  • Uppercut Bag
  • Skipping
  • Speedball
  • Footwork
  • Hand-Eye Co-Ordination
  • Stress Relief
  • Core Fitness

Don’t worry if you can’t do any of these, classes are designed for all fitness levels.
